He responded saying, “To really excel, you need both. But a good work ethic trumps lazy talent every time.”

    Help others and share knowledge with new colleagues

    Not everyone has leadership qualities, but when you have it – flaunt it. In a restricted team environment where there are similar personality types and job talents, you don’t get too many big chances to stand out.
